How to Upload you video:
STEP 1: Click the "Upload Video" button below
STEP 2: Fill out the form on the next page and include the parent's email address. There is a file upload button on that form
STEP 3: Parent receives an automated email that includes a link to an electronic parental consent form - this forms gives permission to use this submitted video for the Stake Youth Challenge only
STEP 4: Parent fills and e-signs the parental consent form
